| Amendment - Cancellation Policy
To learn about amendment, cancellation, and refund policy for your stay, please find your staying period according
to the three major seasons below. Charges and refund policy are cited from our partners regulations.
Notes:
Amentment and Cancellation need to be informed not less than the number of business day* stated below prior to
the check-in date. We will not responsible for any additional charged incurred after amendments/cancellation without
confirmation from us.
Business day is working day from Monday to Friday.
No Show and Early Check-out are subjected to 100% charges of the total paid amount and considered as
Cancelled wihout early notice and is Non-Refundable; applied to all Seasons.
Additional charges incurred after amendment and/or cancellation that are not acknowledged from our company
will be disregarded and reponsibled by its guest.
Charges penalty
- • applied base on percent of "Total Paid Amount"
- • 7% charge of total paid amount is for administration and banking services fee. Customer Support
- • 100% charge of total paid amount or full length of stay.
- • 1 night charge from total roomnight reserved
Each season is applied to all destinations.

Refund
- • Hotel: two - four weeks; business day.
- • Tour: four - six weeks; business day.
- • Money will be refunded via Bank Transfer to the guest account only; no cash.
Extension of stay - if you wish to extent your stay after arrival, please contact our reservation staff. Otherwise, you
will be charged by the hotel full (walk-in) rates. However, please be sure that you inform us the amendment atleast
7 days prior to the check-in date because room may not available on the date you wish to stay.
Shortening of stay will be considered as cancellation without prior notice; full amount charges; non-refundab
